Carl Allain

President & CEO Arcade Beauty

Carl Allain is President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcade Beauty.

Carl joined Arcade Beauty in 2011 as SVP Operations & Manufacturing Director for Bioplan, the company that merged with Arcade Marketing in 2015 to create Arcade Beauty. Carl then managed the European business as a General Manager for more than 5 years before being appointed CEO in November 2021.

Prior to 2011, Carl spent most of his career in packaging industry, in France and in Asia (India, China) as General manager, Plant Director, Business development and Project management.

Carl has an engineering degree and a master in business administration, and is based in Paris, France.

Jorge Garcia

President, North America,
Executive Vice President, Global CFO Arcade Beauty

Jorge Garcia is President, North America, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer of Arcade Beauty.

Jorge joined Arcade Beauty in 2020 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership driving shareholder value, communicating the company’s strategies and performance to investor community, and supporting the company’s growth and return on investment goals.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of RAB Lighting, Inc., a leader in the development of LED lighting and control systems, from 2017 to 2019, and D&M Group, a global designer and manufacturer of premium audio products from 2010 to 2017.

Prior to that time, he held several progressive roles with KPMG LLP and is a certified public accountant.

Jorge holds a BBA from Pace University and is based in New City, NY.

Vincent Hasenfratz

General Manager, Asia Arcade Beauty

Vincent Hasenfratz is General Manager of Arcade Beauty China

Vincent joined Arcade Beauty in 2007 as General Manager China for Bioplan, the company that merged with Arcade Marketing in 2015 to create Arcade Beauty. Vincent, after its position of General Manager, took temporarily the newly created position, VP Business Development & Innovation Global, before going back to its Original Function as General Manager of Arcade Marketing (Suzhou) for China.

Vincent is in charge of the Development of Arcade Beauty in Asia and the support for other entities of the group for the sourcing of key components and equipment.

Prior to 2007 Vincent spent most of his career in building industry, in China as General Manager & Sales Director.

Vincent holds an International EMBA from Shanghai Fudan & Washington Olin University, and is based in Shanghai, China.

Walteno Silva

General Manager & VP Arcade Beauty

Walteno Silva is General Manager and Vice-president of Arcade Beauty Latam

Walteno joined Arcade Beauty in 2011 as Sales and Marketing Director for Bioplan, the company that merged with Arcade Marketing in 2015 to create Arcade Beauty. Walteno worked as Head of Sales for more than 7 Years before being appointed GM in April 2018.

Prior to 2011, Walteno spent most of his career in Contract Manufacturing business, as Plant Director for Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Food sites.

Walteno has an Computer Science degree and a master in business administration, and is based in São Paulo, Brazil

Larry Berman

Senior Vice President Sales, North America

Larry joined Arcade Beauty in 2000 as Senior Sales Director, moved to VP Sales in 2015, and then was ultimately promoted to his current position SVP Sales, North America.  In this current role, Larry leads the North America Sales and Fragrance Evaluation teams.  Prior to 2000, Larry worked in various roles for his family sampling business (RCC),  which was acquired by Arcade in 1999.

Larry graduated from the University of Maryland and is based in New York.

Marielle Chartier

SVP Global Sales Account & Business Development, France

Marielle began her career by opening the Paris office of the Californian company Scent Seal Inc and thus contributed to launching the first flat sample intended for the press in 1993.

After the acquisition of Scent Seal Inc by Arcade Marketing, then the merger between Bioplan Beauty and Arcade Marketing, Marielle became SVP Sales EMEA then SVP Global Sales account and Business Development for the Arcade Beauty group.

Marielle holds a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Communication. She is based in Paris.
