Arcade Beauty adds a full-service cosmetics workshop to their Val De Reuil factory in France
A new dedicated area designed exclusively for the production of samples and mini-products for beauty brands.
Arcade Beauty, the leader in customized sampling for the beauty industry, has enhanced their Biopack factory in Val de Reuil, France, with a full-service workshop solely dedicated to the production of mini and single-dose cosmetic products.
The new production area has an ISO-standards clean room – a controlled atmosphere with pressurized and filtered air – equipped with new machinery that will only be used for the filling of cosmetic doses. The new equipment can fill tubes, including mascara; jars, bottles, airless and pumps and many other mini and single-dose products.
Arcade Beauty’s investment in the factory is a response to the growing demand for mini and single-dose products by both brands and consumers, according to Carl Allain, General Manager, “Mini and single-use products have become a must-have of modern life. Practical and hygienic, they are consumer favorites for beauty-on-the-go, travel, sports or the office. For brands, they are an ideal way to introduce consumers to a new perfume, make-up or skincare product under the best conditions and for very low cost.”
He noted that Arcade Beauty plans to make additional investments this year to ensure storage, washing and other areas are in compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the packaging of Over the Counter (OTC) products.
